JL Body Restore provides services including but not limited to:

• Mat Pilates

• Reformer Pilates

• TRX Pilates

• Sports Massage

• Mobility & Rehabilitation Support

• Private & Small Group Sessions

All services are subject to availability.

Booking Policy

​

All classes and appointments must be booked in advance.

Bookings may be made online, through social media, via email, or through other approved booking methods.

A booking is only confirmed once payment or confirmation has been received.

JL Body Restore reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

 

Cancellation Policy

​

Pilates Classes

​

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a Pilates class.

• Late cancellations or missed classes may result in the session being deducted from a class pack or charged in full.

​

Sports Massage Appointments

​

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full appointment fee.

​

Failure to attend an appointment or class without notice may result in loss of payment.

​

Payments

​

Payment may be required at the time of booking.

​

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank Transfer

• Cash

• Card Payment

• Online Payment Platforms

​

Class packs and memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

Unused sessions may expire according to the package terms provided at purchase.

 

Health & Safety

​

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health information

• Inform JL Body Restore of any injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, or medical conditions

• Stop exercising if pain, dizziness, discomfort, or illness occurs

• Follow instructor guidance during sessions

JL Body Restore reserves the right to refuse participation where it is believed exercise or treatment may not be appropriate.

Under 18s

​

Clients under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating.

Additional supervision requirements may apply for minors attending classes or appointments.

Liability

​

Participation in all services is undertaken at your own risk.

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JL Body Restore accepts no liability for:

• Personal injury not caused by negligence

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Delays or cancellations outside reasonable control

Nothing within these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under UK law.
