Refund Policy

At JL Body Restore, we aim to provide high-quality Pilates and sports massage services. Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing classes, packages, memberships, or treatments.

Pilates Classes & Appointments

​

Payments made for individual Pilates classes, reformer sessions, sports massage appointments, or private sessions are non-refundable once booked.

​

Where sufficient notice is provided in line with the cancellation policy, sessions may be:

​

• Rescheduled

• Credited to your account

• Transferred to another available session where appropriate

​

Late cancellations or missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.

​

Class Packs & Memberships

​

Class packs and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

In exceptional circumstances, such as injury, illness, or pregnancy, JL Body Restore may consider extending expiry dates at its discretion.

Proof may be requested where appropriate.

​

Sports Massage Treatments

​

Refunds will not be provided for completed treatments or appointments.

​

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact JL Body Restore as soon as possible so we can work to resolve any concerns.

 

Digital Products & Gift Vouchers

​

Digital products, downloadable content, and gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

​

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

Studio Cancellations

​

If JL Body Restore cancels a class, course, or appointment, clients will be offered either:

​

• A rescheduled session

• Class credit

• A full refund where appropriate

​

Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow up to 5–10 working days for refunds to appear depending on your payment provider.
